I ran into some issues sending stuff to Slovenia, but Dara was a lifesaver. I also messed up and ordered the wrong plug (the one for the USA). Dara reached out and switched it to the correct one (the European plug). Delivery was super quick too.

Avoid this product!! I purchased a dryer for my wife that stopped working in under 5 minutes. They instructed me to send it back for a refund. I followed all the steps and returned it. After that, they just ghosted me. It's been weeks and I haven't heard a peep from them. No refund in sight. Total scam.

My order showed as delivered on the expected date, but sadly (not Laifen's fault) the package was nowhere to be found. I reached out to customer support, and they got back to me right away. After I checked with UPS to confirm delivery, they promptly sent me a replacement at no cost. I really appreciate this, since the original package never showed up (I suspect it was taken from my porch). I ended up giving it to a friend as a present, and she absolutely LOVES it! So, not only is the item fantastic, but the support was also first-rate. Thanks a bunch!

I’m totally obsessed with this speedy hairdryer. It’s amazing and gets my hair dry in under 6 minutes, while it usually takes 20! I reached out to them regarding my order, and they really exceeded my expectations with their customer service. 10 out of 10, I’d definitely recommend it!!

I gotta say, this hair dryer is fantastic. That low speed? Still packs a punch. If you've got short, fine hair like I do, it can be tricky to manage the airflow. But hey, it has seriously halved my drying time!

Steer clear of the Swift special, it’s not what it claims to be! At first glance, the build seems decent, but once you start using it, you’ll find it’s way too loud, gets hot quickly, and the design is just off - when you grip the handle, you might unintentionally change the heat settings. The customer support is a total letdown. This item comes from China. I really regret buying it - even after sending multiple emails and trying to chat with the company, they haven’t responded properly, just making excuses about their team and Covid for their lousy service! STAY AWAY - it’s a bad product and the service is even worse!

I’m really enjoying it up to now. The awesome drying feature is great, plus it’s super lightweight and stylish. The heads connect effortlessly with magnets. I haven’t had it for long, but this is my initial take.

Plenty simple to order online and got here on time. It was a gift for my daughter, who had been wanting a different brand that was double the price. When I handed this over, she was thrilled since she had been hearing good things about Laifen. The first time she tried it, she couldn't stop raving about how fantastic it is. So, I'm one happy mama because she now has a product she really enjoys, and I ended up spending way less than I expected.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service. When I placed my order for the hairdryer, I found out it was out of stock. I reached out to Laifen, and Dara responded super fast. She apologized and arranged for the hairdryer to be shipped from Germany and the diffuser from China. Plus, she set up a 5% refund for me after I got both items. She was awesome, really helpful, and quick to respond to my emails.

Now, about the hairdryer—it's just incredible! I can dry my hair in no time with way less frizz compared to my old one! The feature that alternates between hot and cold air is a total game changer. I'm one very happy curly customer! 😊
